View and dispute your rental records

Rental companies that use CaRR record rentals, returns and incidents. You have the right to see records held about you and to dispute anything you believe is inaccurate.

• Secure access. We confirm it's you with your document number, date of birth and the email address the rental company holds, then email you a one-time link.
• Fair treatment. While a dispute is reviewed, the record is marked as disputed and does not count towards your CaRR score.
• Clear outcome. The rental company must explain its decision, and you'll be notified by email.

No email on file? Contact the rental company that created the record — they can log a dispute on your behalf.
